Apolo Lauaxeta scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Epifanio Bartumeu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute, Zbyszko Moczkiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Roma. Saturno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Zorongo FC's Epifanio Bartumeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Meck in the 13th minute of play. A throw-in in the 15th minute of the game was made by Octavio Peruanton with Zbyszko Moczkiewicz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Arnaud Sarron made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Igor Kaczeniak immediately put the ball in play. After 20 minutes Saturno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arvid Forssell who took care of the corner kick. 25 minutes into the game, Igor Kaczeniak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Epifanio Bartumeu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Epifanio Bartumeu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Kaczeniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Roma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arvid Forssell in the 31st minute. Igor Kaczeniak struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Epifanio Bartumeu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saturno. 40 minutes into the match, Saturno's Emanuel Meck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Bartumeu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbyszko Moczkiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcial Aballe hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Saturno's zone, Octavio Zapater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Roma came out of the goal and Octavio Zapater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Zorongo FC's Epifanio Bartumeu got control of the ball when Igor Kaczeniak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Meck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Bartumeu having to interfere. Zorongo FC's Falo Encina was substituted for Fortunato Sans. Antonio Roma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Moczkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Moczkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Saturno's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszko Moczkiewicz came free, but Antonio Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Roma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Moczkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zbyszko Moczkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laureano Perfecto replaced Apolo Lauaxeta. After a rather tough play, Saturno's Orlando Rexino got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute Zbyszko Moczkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Saturno supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Saturno would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
