A well-hit corner resulted in Lars-Erik Almstedt heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Theo Fil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Urtsua, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Fidel Jaen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doctor Mugg in the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Doctor Mugg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xentrias's supporters rose to their feet, but Doctor Mugg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Jaen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sad Boy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Jaen having to interfere. If Doctor Mugg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xentrias made a substitution. Adam Sävström replaced Sad Boy. Fidel Jaen had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Anokh Kafka's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 39th minute, Anokh Kafka made a precise shot to the right of Fidel Jaen. Hackintosh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Xentrias's Christer Peterson was substituted for Albert Rudberg. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Hackintosh's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
