The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Armstrong showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. ManagerZone Crew's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mario Gauargi ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Matxin in the 27th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Ingolf Ortmark managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With an all-out effort, ManagerZone Crew's Ingolf Ortmark threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Peter Linkhorst, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Thorsten Dietz hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Bonifacio Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Frente Revolucionario F.C's Ingolf Ortmark got control of the ball when Peter Linkhorst tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Linkhorst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Thorbjörn Olerius came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the ManagerZone Crew fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thorbjörn Olerius couldn't finish the play. After 52 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Våleman. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bonifacio Matxin in the 54th minute. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Ramon García sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thorsten Dietz during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Bonifacio Matxin could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Patrick Armstrong however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Frente Revolucionario F.C defense, Robert Ununger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingolf Ortmark. The Frente Revolucionario F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingolf Ortmark should have stopped the shot. Peter Linkhorst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingolf Ortmark having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Andreas Spante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Bonifacio Matxin sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by ManagerZone Crew's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mario Gauargi was slow to take the kick. During this time Frente Revolucionario F.C's players had a chance to rest. Mario Gauargi made a great header on Frente Revolucionario F.C's corner, it was just that ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Matxin got free with Patrick Armstrong in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Tomasz Tobaczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Linkhorst in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingolf Ortmark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ingolf Ortmark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Linkhorst's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 95 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Matxin.
