The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogumil Gierasik got free with Nils-Erik Jonsson in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ booed when Med Gang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogumil Gierasik had several of the Med Gang FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Nils-Erik Jonsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Amurăriței in the 24th minute of play forced Med Gang FC's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henrik Berg was slow to take the kick. During this time Med Gang FC's players had a chance to rest. 29 minutes into the match, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Exequiel Zeballos came free, but Roberto Layton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Amurăriței came free, but Nils-Erik Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Nils-Erik Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas De la Cruz in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Augustin Amurăriței shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Layton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Isak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas De la Cruz came free, but Nils-Erik Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Med Gang FC defense, Nicolas De la Cruz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils-Erik Jonsson. The Med Gang FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils-Erik Jonsson should have stopped the shot. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Jamar Eldridge was substituted for Mo Qi Yu. Med Gang FC made a substitution. Svante Wennersten replaced Alexander Isak. Med Gang FC made a substitution. Jan Höijer replaced Robert Söderström. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ made a substitution. Peter Swan replaced Augustin Amurăriței. Ke Zheng Xing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Layton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Svante Wennersten got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roberto Layton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ke Zheng Xing in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Layton saved ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ from getting behind. In the 89th minute Jamar Eldridge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ke Zheng Xings short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Roberto Layton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
