Tadeo Udalaitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 46th minute, Federico Girotti made a precise shot to the right of Tadeo Udalaitz. Machine Gun Kelly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After the first half Machine Gun Kelly were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

MOEBIO's Papi Francisco was substituted for Hao Fan Chuan. Machine Gun Kelly's Conrado Erramun was substituted for Aristides Boniel. MOEBIO's Mostafa Muhammed was substituted for Vuk Urgovski. Lázaro Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Machine Gun Kelly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Erramun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to MOEBIO getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aitor Tuga hit a great ball. Conrado Erramun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Fleszar came out and tried to block the shot, but Conrado Erramun slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 88th minute.

The Machine Gun Kelly supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Machine Gun Kelly would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
