Umea Loza started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the match, Port Edinburgh AFC's goalkeeper Tony McHarold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Umea Loza. When Port Edinburgh AFC's Denis Morar in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mariolo's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mariolo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joe Mathie was slow to take the kick. During this time Port Edinburgh AFC's players had a chance to rest. After 17 played minutes Mariolo got a freekick which was hit by Witold Pietras. 19 minutes into the game, Stewart McNayer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Port Edinburgh AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mariolo the free kick. After 19 played minutes Port Edinburgh AFC got a freekick which was hit by Stewart McNayer. Tony McHarold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Umea Loza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Tony McHarold made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyler McThomas in the 23rd minute of play forced Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Eulalio Cristofol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tony McHarold. Port Edinburgh AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Cristofol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Mariolo's Eulalio Cristofol in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tony McHarold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Cristofol in the 34th minute of the match. Port Edinburgh AFC's Tony McHarold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Port Edinburgh AFC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Mariolo booed when Port Edinburgh AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Morar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tony McHarold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eufrasio Vall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddie Baptist's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Mariolo getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Eulalio Cristofol hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes, Port Edinburgh AFC's Harry Shaw shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Port Edinburgh AFC reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tyler McThomas to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Morar. Tony McHarold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Tyler McThomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute of the match, Douglas Moray got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eufrasio Vall was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 66 minutes into the match, Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Douglas Moray. Mariolo's Lartaun Carrandi managed to work through Port Edinburgh AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Lartaun Carrandi dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Port Edinburgh AFC made a substitution. Alan McKerlich replaced Denis Morar. 72 minutes into the match, Port Edinburgh AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lartaun Carrandi came free, but Tony McHarold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Port Edinburgh AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Joe Mathie hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, Port Edinburgh AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joe Mathie to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the game, Umea Loza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tony McHarold was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Mariolo getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Marcial Elgueta hit a great ball. After 82 minutes, Alan McKerlich made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mariolo's Eufrasio Vall tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umea Loza in the 85th minute of play forced Port Edinburgh AFC's goalkeeper Tony McHarold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Lartaun Carrandi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariolo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lartaun Carrandi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Rupert Tosh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Port Edinburgh AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lartaun Carrandi came free, but Tony McHarold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Umea Loza made a precise shot to the right of Tony McHarold. Port Edinburgh AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mariolo had won after a very even match.
