Gerson da Rocha hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Joãozinho Pernambucano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 俞震坚 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Palmares Futebol Clube's Leonardo Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 方翀棋 in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Chinese CJ Youth Academy got a corner. Palmares Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 邱风常 ran over to the corner to take the kick. 31 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Secco came free, but 俞震坚 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Gerson da Rocha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 俞震坚. Gerson da Rocha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 俞震坚 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Donato in the 37th minute of play. With a little luck, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's 俞震坚 got control of the ball when Joãozinho Pernambucano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Joãozinho Pernambucano came free, but 俞震坚 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Palmares Futebol Clube's Gerson da Rocha got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute Cafu Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 俞震坚 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when CJ Ibrahimović made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joãozinho Pernambucano in the 67th minute of play forced Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalkeeper 俞震坚 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from CJ Ibrahimović, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Palmares Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
