Gilles Eekhout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Aleso in the 4th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jardel Head's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wiliam Simão was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Pedro Freitas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Wiliam Simão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Silas de Brito came free, but Gilles Eekhout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilles Eekhout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas de Brito in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Miltiadis Antonatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC Milan's Gilles Eekhout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas de Brito in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AC Milan's Jardel Head got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Aleso in the 31st minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Gilles Eekhout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes, Miltiadis Antonatos made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Wiliam Simão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jardel Head who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Wiliam Simão when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 38 minutes of play, AC Milan's Jardel Head made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wiliam Simão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wiliam Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Head, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jardel Head to make the kick off. Wiliam Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miltiadis Antonatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Louis Voulgaris made a great header on AC Milan's corner, it was just that Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Wiliam Simão managed to reach the ball for a save. Oier Lopez de Toro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Gilles Eekhout made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Oier Lopez de Toro got a free kick in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play.
