Bruno Steenbeck started the match with the kick off. Nichlas Vesterdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Fenomeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nik Frisendal made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nik Frisendal. In the 21st minute, Facundo Campa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Emanuel Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save AS Pikachuzim from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Chrzan came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 28th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauro Cearense took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nichlas Vesterdahl. Nichlas Vesterdahl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Cearense in the 35th minute of play. With a little luck, AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn got control of the ball when Maciej Konieczny tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Wiliam Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half AS Pikachuzim were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Eric Ramires replaced Santos Rallo. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Oğuz Semdin in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Sarmento in the 58th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliverio Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Børge Buhr in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Nik Frisendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Randers A.F.C.'s Alberto Dunixi was substituted for Zbyszko Drozdowski. Nik Frisendal kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Arif Oğuz Semdin sent off a good shot on target. Arthur Shelby kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. AS Pikachuzim's Eric Ramires got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
