Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Antônio Santos made the kick off and thus started the match. Bican Lebib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Chaves in the 5th minute of the match. João Vítor Arósio came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by FC MIDWAY's Edelmiro Senin. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Senin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Senin in the 12th minute of play forced ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goalkeeper João Vítor Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, FC MIDWAY's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Santos came free, but Bican Lebib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio Santos scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bican Lebib, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Vítor Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Senin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erivaldo Sena hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Silas Maraschin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ got a freekick which was hit by Ove Ahlström. After having played for 33 minutes, Edelmiro Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC MIDWAY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Senin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antônio Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ booed when FC MIDWAY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonello Olmi didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edelmiro Senin made a kick off. 54 minutes in the game Hakkı Kenan Ushan did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edelmiro Senin. Bican Lebib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Antônio Santos scored 2-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bican Lebib, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Celsinho Capixaba was substituted for Erivaldo Sena. FC MIDWAY's Ahmet Harun Esir was substituted for Edelmiro Senin. After 80 played minutes ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Maldini. In the 84th minute Ron Staarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 played minutes FC MIDWAY got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Montel. In the 88th minute Durmuş Abay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Lemi Ateşoğlu with Durmuş Abay as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ahmet Harun Esir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Vítor Arósio having to make a save. Antônio Santos hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Ahmet Harun Esir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but João Vítor Arósio made a huge save.

For all the effort they put into the match, the FC MIDWAY players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙.
