The supporters of Perugorría booed when Grox Team F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Olayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godofredo Oriol might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciriaco Matxin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godofredo Oriol ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Perugorría's Ciriaco Matxin got control of the ball when Godofredo Oriol tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Godofredo Oriol put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ciriaco Matxin. In the 21stth minute of the game Godofredo Oriol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perugorría's Ciriaco Matxin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Godofredo Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomás Olayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Grox Team F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Grox Team F.C.'s Godofredo Oriol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Godofredo Oriol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciriaco Matxin having to make a save. In the 81st minute, Godofredo Oriol made a precise shot to the right of Ciriaco Matxin. Perugorría's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Godofredo Oriol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88 minutes of play, Grox Team F.C.'s Tomás Olayo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Matxin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Perugorría defense, Godofredo Oriol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Matxin. The Perugorría fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Matxin should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Perugorría players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grox Team F.C..
