Spectators: 10496 (Terracing: 7875, Seating: 2413, VIP seats: 208) Vila's Mart Poom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Ütt in the 7th minute of play. Bruno Nigol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Väino Pärtel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Nigol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Väino Pärtel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Kalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaanek Vaher in the 19th minute of play forced Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper Väino Pärtel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Taavi Ööbik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kogimyae JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Taavi Ööbik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mart Poom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaanek Vaher in the 33rd minute of play forced Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper Väino Pärtel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mart Poom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olari Mõniste in the 38th minute. A collision led to Vila getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eero Loorits hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olari Mõniste in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mart Poom saved Vila from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 52 played minutes Vila got a freekick which was hit by Uuno Viira. Mart Poom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olari Mõniste's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 63rd minute, Jaanek Vaher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Taavi Ööbik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kogimyae JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Taavi Ööbik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mart Poom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute of the match Ardo Helemäe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Väino Pärtel skillfully saved the ball. Olari Mõniste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Olari Mõniste came free, but Mart Poom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mart Poom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olari Mõniste, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olari Mõniste in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mart Poom saved Vila from getting behind. After 85 played minutes Kogimyae JK got a freekick which was hit by Mihkel Urm. The crowd rose to their feet as Vila's Jaanek Vaher slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Väino Pärtel. That made the score 0-1 after 87 minutes of play. Mart Poom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olari Mõniste, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Bruno Nigol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kogimyae JK the free kick. The supporters of Kogimyae JK booed when Vila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Nigol didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vila walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
