The audience thought a goal was coming when Acácio Neto got free with Julio Quinten in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Abel de Barros got a free kick in the 36th minute. Emanuel Xabier hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Sajones F.C.'s Julio Quinten got control of the ball when Acácio Neto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match, Rogério Alcântara tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Quinten saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eriberto Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Acácio Neto to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Váldson Alagoano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrapichel - FDFDF and the Sajones F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Carrapichel - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Acácio Neto. 59 minutes into the match, Carrapichel - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Ler came free, but Edson Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Julio Quinten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Oséias de Brito was substituted for Abel de Barros. Jonatan Herauso hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Paraibano came free, but Julio Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Quinten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Neto went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Acácio Neto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Quinten was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sajones F.C.! Julio Quinten had in the 89thth minute some difficulties stopping Rogério Alcântara's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Julio Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Neto in the 99th minute of the match. Carrapichel - FDFDF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
