With a couple of smart ball manuevers German Barchukov in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dobrin Beremov saved DARAS from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Kovrov FC's Panteleimon Neupokoev got a free kick in the 35th minute. Dobrin Beremov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoriy Novikov in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when German Barchukov came free, but Dobrin Beremov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kovrov FC's Roman Talalikhin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boncho Zhilev in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when German Barchukov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Dobrin Beremov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matvey Baburov's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Kovrov FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
