With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Gonsalve in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Ramos saved VALPICA C.F. from getting behind. After a rather tough play, VALPICA C.F.'s Cecilio Bodelon got a free kick in the 11th minute. Rodrigo Ramos came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mandiyu's Enzo Emenon. But to his dismay, Enzo Emenon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. VALPICA C.F.'s Rodrigo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Janpier in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Deportivo Mandiyu's Arnoldo Janpier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rodrigo Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Emenon in the 30th minute of play. Nacho Marrero kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Samuel Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frances Nunez in the 34th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, VALPICA C.F.'s Frances Nunez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Matxin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind VALPICA C.F.'s goalkeeper Rodrigo Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Deportivo Mandiyu were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Janpier to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Bernardo Gonsalve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to VALPICA C.F. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jaume Castillo hit a great ball. A collision led to VALPICA C.F. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Otero Fonticoba hit a great ball. Arnulfo Burutzagi didn't quite understand what happened when in the 66 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 67th match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Janpier to maneuver through the defense. When Bernardo Gonsalve was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. After 71 played minutes Deportivo Mandiyu got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Gonsalve. Aquiles Bernard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th match minute, VALPICA C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Camara to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Camara scored 2-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Matxin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deportivo Mandiyu's Lorenzo Niva was substituted for Arnoldo Janpier. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
