Ingvar Andreasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atauri Echandi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Pudes Rabe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andy Grubb. Pudes Rabe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Blackjacks booed when Resistencia Tayrona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pudes Rabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blackjacks's zone, Pudes Rabe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andy Grubb came out of the goal and Pudes Rabe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Guillelme Bolonga got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Hubert Wållander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per-Erik Haglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Blackjacks booed when Resistencia Tayrona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joam Almarza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pudes Rabe in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andy Grubb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Joam Almarza got a free kick in the 34th minute. With a little luck, Blackjacks's Andy Grubb got control of the ball when Egun Zaballos tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Resistencia Tayrona FC's zone, Ingvar Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atauri Echandi came out of the goal and Ingvar Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Andreasson to strike the kick off in the second half. Andy Grubb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egun Zaballos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Blackjacks defense, Egun Zaballos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andy Grubb. The Blackjacks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andy Grubb should have stopped the shot. Guillelme Bolonga hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute Valdo Dobarral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Grubb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Valdo Dobarral got a free kick in the 70th minute. Resistencia Tayrona FC made a substitution. Bartoli Elorduy replaced Valdo Dobarral. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blackjacks's goalkeeper Andy Grubb, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Blackjacks's Andy Grubb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egun Zaballos in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Blackjacks's Hubert Wållander got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Resistencia Tayrona FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Blackjacks for a fine match.
