Merengue FC's Bayan Gugovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Sidro in the 35th minute of play. Ediberto Sampaio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Petre Encuțescu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Merengue FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Cássio Rockss short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Bayan Gugovski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
