With an all-out effort, Onyx's Lucrețiu Gherase threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bogomil Bishkarov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 8th minute Onyx were awarded a corner. Şahap Cezar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Onyx's Şahap Cezar to fire away a dangerous shot which Lucrețiu Gherase despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dan Feliciano scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zdzislaw Domarecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Feliciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Lake Mohawk FC's Lucrețiu Gherase played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogomil Bishkarov in the 15th minute of play. Lucrețiu Gherase made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jurand Jaraczeski in the 18th minute. Lucrețiu Gherase showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emrys Hannah, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Bogomil Bishkarov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucrețiu Gherase was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Jurand Jaraczeski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucrețiu Gherase having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Wilson Gold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Topolski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onyx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lake Mohawk FC the free kick. In the 29th minute, one of Onyx:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Onyx. Zdzislaw Domarecki went to the wrong direction when Dan Feliciano was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Preston Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogomil Bishkarov in the 40th minute of play forced Lake Mohawk FC's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Gherase to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Gold's late challenge caught a Onyx's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilson Gold helped the player get up and apologised. Lucrețiu Gherase made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jurand Jaraczeski in the 45th minute. Onyx's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Şahap Cezar in the 47th minute. Emrys Hannah made a great header on Onyx's corner, it was just that Lake Mohawk FC's Lucrețiu Gherase managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jurand Jaraczeski was the one to do the kick off. Lucrețiu Gherase took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogomil Bishkarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.J. Brewer hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Lake Mohawk FC's Lucrețiu Gherase played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şahap Cezar in the 58th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Lake Mohawk FC's Zdzislaw Domarecki threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wilson Gold, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zdzislaw Domarecki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Feliciano in the 76th minute. Lucrețiu Gherase showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emrys Hannah in the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Feliciano got free with Zdzislaw Domarecki in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucrețiu Gherase showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Jaraczeski in the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to Onyx getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Maksymilian Topolski hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Onyx got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Gargasz. Wilson Gold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Zdzislaw Domarecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bogomil Bishkarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Jurand Jaraczeski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onyx's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jurand Jaraczeski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
