The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 14 minutes into the game, one of AC Trollebo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Claes Wallmark had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Simões's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. André Luís Vergílio might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Wallmark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Luís Vergílio ran back to his position shaking his head. 63 minutes into the match, AC Trollebo's goal looked a bit too open when Brock Friend came free, but Claes Wallmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in 余永川 heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. AC Trollebo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
