After 37 played minutes 2kC Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Michal Latocha. Klement Rzentkowski made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Clive Couzens sent off a good shot on target. Shane Osmond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Latocha in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, 2kC Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Clive Couzens came free, but Klement Rzentkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakub Dziura made in the 83rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arkadiusz Rydzewski. Konstanty Kolbe kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Denis Amos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Klement Rzentkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klement Rzentkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trey Seal in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Pankracy Kazczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Osmond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Dorking United FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
