In the 15th minute, Mateusz Sakowicz made a precise shot to the right of Rosendo Balesio. AC Rangers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 19th minute, Carles Artadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Balesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Sakowicz in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, AC Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Inocente to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Balesio was a little too slow when Mateusz Sakowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 3-0. Arne Rusterholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Neto in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Re Loco's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Neto came free, but Arne Rusterholz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the AC Rangers defense, Mateusz Sakowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rosendo Balesio. The AC Rangers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rosendo Balesio should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by McDonald Mc Donald in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AC Rangers's Amancio Inocente. Mateusz Sakowicz struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Clodoveo Neto made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Mateusz Sakowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Balesio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Re Loco were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after AC Rangers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carles Artadi took the corner. Re Loco's Mateusz Sakowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Re Loco's Gonzalo Fresco was substituted for 陶永振. After 60 minutes, Amancio Inocente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Rangers and the Re Loco players grew even worse after the yellow card.
