Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES's Sidnei Coelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES booed when Flock of Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Heggert didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Décio Lago in the 16th minute of play forced Flock of Eagles's goalkeeper Tobias Pilblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Wennersten charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Wennersten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES booed when Flock of Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joacim Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerry Nolan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Pilblad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Filip Wennersten with Olle Sigman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the last second Sidnei Coelho throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sabin Mergea in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tobias Pilblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eşref Ertüze in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eşref Ertüze in the 47th minute of play forced Flock of Eagles's goalkeeper Tobias Pilblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sabin Mergea to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Flock of Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Billström to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 56 in the game by Eşref Ertüze from a close distance when the talented Tobias Pilblad managed to make a qualified save. Flock of Eagles's players were relieved. After recieving a nice pass, Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES's Décio Lago tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tobias Pilblad made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Jerry Nolan sent off a good shot on target. Tobias Pilblad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eşref Ertüze in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's goalkeeper Tobias Pilblad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eşref Ertüze. Eşref Ertüzes short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Tobias Pilblad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 74th match minute, Flock of Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Wennersten to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Mario Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th match minute, Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES's Federico Valverde managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kent Asklöv in the 80 minute of the game. Eşref Ertüze's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Tobias Pilblad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Mario Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES's Décio Lago got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's Christoffer Kock sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidnei Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Desportiva Ferroviaria-ES players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Flock of Eagles from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
