Ruy Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Onur Yumlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gernando Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Belmiro Catarinense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Gernando Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Belmiro Catarinense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gernando Azevedo took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belmiro Catarinense. Belmiro Catarinense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Anıl Şahan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ruy Montenegro. That made the score 1-2 in the 18 minute of play. A collision led to Los Andes FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Fred Monteiro hit a great ball. Gernando Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 24th minute, Gernando Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Belmiro Catarinense. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Gernando Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Gernando Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Belmiro Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Gernando Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Belmiro Catarinense. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gernando Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Belmiro Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Wakanda fv FSCMZ defense, Gernando Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Belmiro Catarinense. The Wakanda fv FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Belmiro Catarinense should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Monteiro came free, but Belmiro Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Hector Zorita was substituted for Mathias Pimenta. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Onur Yumlu to make the kick off. 53 minutes in the game João Adolfo Matorin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Onur Yumlu. A collision led to Wakanda fv FSCMZ getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Onur Yumlu hit a great ball. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Belmiro Catarinense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Wakanda fv FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Belmiro Catarinense came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo. But to his dismay, Gernando Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. 67 minutes into the game, Gernando Azevedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Belmiro Catarinense. Gernando Azevedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Gernando Azevedo scored 1-8 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Belmiro Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Ventura in the 82nd minute of play. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Belmiro Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 87th minute of play. Belmiro Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Belmiro Catarinense successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
