The Olavarria FC fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 18 minutes into the game, Isaias Matas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Horaţiu Şoiman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the S.S. United Buzau defense, Isaias Matas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horaţiu Şoiman. The S.S. United Buzau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horaţiu Şoiman should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Isaias Matas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horaţiu Şoiman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Isaias Matas took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horaţiu Şoiman. Horaţiu Şoiman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Isaias Matas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Horaţiu Şoiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Matas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Isaias Matas scored 0-8 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horaţiu Şoiman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Catalino Rivarola kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horaţiu Şoiman. That made the score 0-12 in the 55 minute of play. United Buzau fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Gelu Bărbat got a throw-in 96 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Enzo Errando. Olavarria FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
