An unexpectedly hard shot by Román Olmedo in the 5th minute of play forced Drim Tim's goalkeeper Norbert Rzegotka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Román Olmedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Rzegotka having to interfere. With a little luck, CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin got control of the ball when Arkadiusz Chrobak tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute Drim Tim were awarded a corner. Lucian Baldu went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Drim Tim's goalkeeper Norbert Rzegotka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Norbert Rzegotka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Román Olmedo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Drim Tim's Arkadiusz Chrobak got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erling Halgand kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Román Olmedo in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arkadiusz Chrobak got free with Cãlin Damaschin in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Kornasiewicz came free, but Cãlin Damaschin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arkadiusz Chrobak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cãlin Damaschin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Román Olmedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Rzegotka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tymoteusz Bara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Bara in the 41st minute of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Tymoteusz Bara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Tymoteusz Bara sped through CERRO PORTEÑO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cãlin Damaschin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moreno Martins in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Rzegotka saved Drim Tim from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Kornasiewicz made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as CERRO PORTEÑO's Román Olmedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Norbert Rzegotka. That made the score 2-3 after 56 minutes of play. Edgar Kensicki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Norbert Rzegotka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Paulo Maldini made a great header on CERRO PORTEÑO's corner, it was just that Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka managed to reach the ball for a save. Román Olmedo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Norbert Rzegotka skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 72nd minute, Román Olmedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norbert Rzegotka was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Drim Tim from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Drim Tim's Robert Kornasiewicz got a free kick in the 75th minute. Drim Tim's Norbert Rzegotka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Román Olmedo in the 78th minute of play. Drim Tim's Lucian Baldu got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Román Olmedo in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Rzegotka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Drim Tim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Bara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Drim Tim's Krzysztof Puzio got a free kick in the 88th minute. Edgar Kensicki struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Norbert Rzegotka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERRO PORTEÑO. Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Ciempa in the 91st minute of the match. Arkadiusz Chrobak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over CERRO PORTEÑO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Drim Tim throughout the match.
