After the first half YR☆ Village Superstars were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Adrian Mutu made the kick off in the second half. Aurelian Panin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Rognmo in the 50th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as YR☆ Village Superstars's Edwardo Piñeros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eskil Myhrvold. That made the score 0-4 after 91 minutes of play. When the match was over YR☆ Village Superstars could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gædd FK throughout the match.
