The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Romo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremy Avellana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Silvano Portillo made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Gasteiz Latorre sent off a good shot on target. Saturnino Romo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremy Avellana having to make a save. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Romo in the 19th minute of play. Saturnino Romo scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremy Avellana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Guto Pirani put in a rough tackle. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo made a substitution. Cao Kuan Wei replaced Marco Aguirre. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ were winning 0-4.

When Dobromir Prokowski came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dobromir Prokowski couldn't finish the play. Saturnino Romo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremy Avellana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Silvano Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Del Manfredi, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Jeremy Avellana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Hurezeanu in the 66th minute of play. After 67 minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gică Bogdan who took care of the corner kick. With an all-out effort, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Jeremy Avellana threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gică Bogdan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Elberg As replaced Dobromir Prokowski. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Rogelio Gaxan was substituted for Tudor Hurezeanu. In the 72nd minute of the match ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ got a corner. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gică Bogdan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Juli Alvarez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeremy Avellana came out and tried to block the shot, but Juli Alvarez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 75th minute. With an all-out effort, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Jeremy Avellana threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elberg As, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ipar Capitan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's zone, Juli Alvarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremy Avellana came out of the goal and Juli Alvarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute Cao Kuan Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Portillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juli Alvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremy Avellana having to make a save. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Dep. Soc. Rodo from getting a goal against them. Juli Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
