Rickard Erserman might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilo Faro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rickard Erserman ran back to his position shaking his head. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Rickard Erserman scored to the left of an out of position Teofilo Faro, making the score, 2-0. A collision led to Asesinos Por Naturaleza getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rafael Bemabe hit a great ball. Teofilo Faro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rickard Erserman in the 24th minute. Inter de Chillán's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tobías Izamit in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Asesinos Por Naturaleza got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Bemabe. Inter de Chillán's Zhuo Xuan Yu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto Pinho in the 29th minute of play. Rickard Erserman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Teofilo Faro came out and tried to block the shot, but Rickard Erserman slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Teofilo Faro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Asesinos Por Naturaleza from getting a goal against them. Barni Irigoyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Teofilo Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rickard Erserman to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Asesinos Por Naturaleza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Pinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 51st minute, Rickard Erserman made a precise shot to the right of Teofilo Faro. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Teofilo Faro came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter de Chillán's Eladio Araujo. But to his dismay, Eladio Araujo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Inter de Chillán's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
