Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santiago Mino got the match started through his kick off. Alfredo Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfons Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Vidal in the 5th minute of play. When Santiago Mino fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo's protests and gave Santiago Mino a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Mino. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Ieltxu in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Orland saved Pesqueira City from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, Benjamin da Fonseca notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Palermo's Alfredo Joey. Alfredo Joey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th minute Benjamin da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Santiago Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Orland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Grove made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Carolo Rozarius immediately put the ball in play. 28 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Jeremias Orland had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Rozarius. 30 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palermo's Alfredo Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Palermo's Carolo Rozarius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Orland made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 44th minute, Benjamin da Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Alfredo Joey. Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Vidal in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Rozarius in the 58th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Jeremias Orland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronny Ottens kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Jeremias Orland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Gonzalez in the 61st minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Gonzalez came free, but Jeremias Orland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Benjamin da Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Joey was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Jeremias Orland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Isaias Grove in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pesqueira City's Bennvar Lohman. The supporters of Pesqueira City booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Rozarius didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Benjamin da Fonseca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alfredo Joey, 1-6. In the 84th minute, Carolo Rozarius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Orland was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. Marcelino Chaime took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Orland. Jeremias Orland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-6. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palermo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! If Marcelino Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Chaime came free, but Jeremias Orland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute, Thomas Cochrane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 99 minutes, Aquiles Eufemio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Eufemio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Palermo manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Pesqueira City to win.
