Meriç Özsen took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvar Arvidsson. Alvar Arvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Meriç Özsen in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Arvidsson saved Kattvik kings from getting behind. When AKÇEŞMESPOR's Meriç Özsen in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cláudio Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şenel Zeval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoy Lagadov in the 15th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meriç Özsen in the 17th minute of play. Kattvik kings's Jürgen Trittin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jürgen Trittin made a great header on Kattvik kings's corner, it was just that AKÇEŞMESPOR's Cláudio Taffarel managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, AKÇEŞMESPOR's Meriç Özsen got a free kick in the 31st minute. The supporters of AKÇEŞMESPOR booed when Kattvik kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Bratt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cláudio Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Bratt in the 34th minute of the match. Gogo Chuse came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alvar Arvidsson could save by the left post. Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Chuse in the 38th minute of play. AKÇEŞMESPOR were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Kattvik kings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mustafa İzzet Terzi took the corner. Despite this Alvar Arvidsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th minute, Jürgen Trittin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kattvik kings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a little luck, Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson got control of the ball when Meriç Özsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Meriç Özsen made the kick off in the second half. Alvar Arvidsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meriç Özsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Şenel Zeval came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Kattvik kings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şenel Zeval couldn't finish the play. Alvar Arvidsson came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by AKÇEŞMESPOR's Gogo Chuse. But to his dismay, Gogo Chuse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Alvar Arvidsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoy Lagadov in the 63rd minute of the match. If Reine Kinnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97thth minute of the game Kamber Demirbaş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AKÇEŞMESPOR had won after a very even match.
