The audience was convinced that Samuel Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Birger Hammerstad was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Skytta Toppidrettslag defense, Samuel Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birger Hammerstad. Birger Hammerstad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 46th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Tande to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Are Haaland made a kick off. Ole-Martin Lium hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Birger Hammerstad came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Futbol Club RRFV's André Luís Martins. But to his dismay, André Luís Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Adhemar Cavalcante charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adhemar Cavalcante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adhemar Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Birger Hammerstad made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Alfredinho Secco sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, Skytta Toppidrettslag's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Martins came free, but Birger Hammerstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Alfredinho Secco took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Birger Hammerstad to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Skytta Toppidrettslag booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diamantino Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diamantino Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Are Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danilo Errolan in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birger Hammerstad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfredinho Secco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Birger Hammerstad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Durvalino Silva got free with Birger Hammerstad in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diamantino Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Are Haaland in the 77th minute of play. Birger Hammerstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Errolan, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Danilo Errolan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Birger Hammerstad, 0-10. Adhemar Cavalcante hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. André Luís Martins's late challenge caught a Skytta Toppidrettslag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Luís Martins helped the player get up and apologised. André Luís Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club RRFV's Danilo Errolan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Birger Hammerstad. That made the score 0-11 after 95 minutes of play.
