Emanuele Niccolai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Michael Fridli made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josias Morf in the 17th minute of play forced Skyfall's goalkeeper Attilio Angelucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zelg FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oscar Erasmo in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute of the match, Alessandro Di Iorio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Michael Fridli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Josias Morf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attilio Angelucci was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Skyfall's Attilio Angelucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josias Morf in the 66th minute of play. Zelg FC's Simon Vehma quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ercole Colelli, made in the 71st minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Gioele Spillmann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Attilio Angelucci. That made the score 0-5 in the 76 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Pat Rhéaume managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zelg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pat Rhéaume was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Attilio Angelucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Rhéaume came free, but Attilio Angelucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Josias Morf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Attilio Angelucci. Josias Morf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zelg FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
