Jano França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Lugo in the 12th minute of the match. Jano França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Lugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Timmernabben FF booed when UE Cornella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose-Manuel Bargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Ferit İlkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from C.J. La Marca, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mehmet Ferit İlkin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Echavarri went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Timmernabben FF's Tom Forsman got a free kick in the 25th minute. UE Cornella's Edvin Vennerberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 26th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mehmet Ferit İlkin but with some difficulty. In the 29th minute, George Echavarri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mehmet Ferit İlkin. The goal made the score 2-0. 34 minutes into the match, Arnulfo Lugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jano França. UE Cornella's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnulfo Lugo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by C.J. La Marca in the 38th minute of play forced Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit İlkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Ferit İlkin was a little too slow when Quin Camaño got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-1. With a little luck, Timmernabben FF's Mehmet Ferit İlkin got control of the ball when George Echavarri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jano França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Lugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.J. La Marca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mehmet Ferit İlkin came out and tried to block the shot, but C.J. La Marca slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Tom Forsman made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Timmernabben FF's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando came free, but Mehmet Ferit İlkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timmernabben FF's Arnulfo Lugo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jano França but with some difficulty. Jano França made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Arnulfo Lugo sent off a good shot on target. Mehmet Ferit İlkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from C.J. When George Echavarri came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the UE Cornella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Echavarri couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by C.J. La Marca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Ferit İlkin. Timmernabben FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that C.J. But to his dismay, Aurre Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1.
