The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Sven-Oskar Låsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Christian Waller made a precise shot to the right of Folke Hybbert. BK Gubbhöft's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Christer Lindqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Melker Bark ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folke Hybbert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 27 minutes into the match, Christian Waller notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of BK Gubbhöft's Folke Hybbert. Folke Hybbert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Oskar Låsberg in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egon Sundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Viktor Blom fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Gubbhöft's protests and gave Viktor Blom a yellow card for diving instead. Folke Hybbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Bark in the 40th minute of the match. Adrian Falck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Egon Sundström made a huge save. If Viktor Blom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredric Collin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Gunnar Nordahl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Folke Hybbert. That made the score 1-4 in the 51 minute of play. If Gunnar Nordahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th match minute, BK Gubbhöft was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Falck to maneuver through the defense. Egon Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Blom in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Viktor Blom made a precise shot to the right of Egon Sundström. Al-Norr's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Blom in the 78th minute of play forced Al-Norr's goalkeeper Egon Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Melker Bark took a quick shot and it went in 2-7 without a chance for Folke Hybbert to make any attempt to save it. When Al-Norr's Christian Waller in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Gubbhöft's goalie prevented a goal. The BK Gubbhöft supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Al-Norr's performance. The match ended with a win for Al-Norr.
