Spectators: 193 (Terracing: 146, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Eustaquio Bartoli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Cardo Ruso Cordobés booed when Qikiqtarjuaq FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denver Grimes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Aurelio Rioja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Sabino was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Junior Stover capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Junior Stover really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gerardo Olivar might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Bueno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Olivar ran back to his position shaking his head. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Olivar in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Junior Stover dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Basilio Sabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Stover, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Mario Dostie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Qikiqtarjuaq FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 27th minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Junior Stover ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Basilio Sabino. Basilio Sabino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Wilber Leon kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Basilio Sabino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Cardo Ruso Cordobés from getting a goal against them. After 36 minutes of play, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Junior Stover made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Sabino was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Terrence Arthur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terrence Arthur got free with Basilio Sabino in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Dostie to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Aurelio Rioja got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Junior Stover left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Qikiqtarjuaq FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Basilio Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terrence Arthur in the 59th minute of play. Abel Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Basilio Sabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Dostie in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a corner. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Terrence Arthur ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Junior Stover heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 86 minutes into the game, Terrence Arthur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Basilio Sabino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denver Grimes took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Sabino. Basilio Sabino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Rolf Ruff's late challenge caught a Cardo Ruso Cordobés's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolf Ruff helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Ruff. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Dostie in the 99th minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Basilio Sabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
