Michel Montenegro came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by La Naranja Mecánica's Maximiliano Fernandez. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to La Naranja Mecánica getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Salvador Pacifico hit a great ball. Sherlock Holmes in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 蔡青镇, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Maverick Futebol Clube's Sherlock Holmes got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eskild Sneftrup in the 33rd minute of play forced Maverick Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Michel Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskild Sneftrup in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Naranja Mecánica's Jacobo Argi got a free kick in the 34th minute. Michel Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Argi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sherlock Holmes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, 蔡青镇 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 47 minutes into the match, La Naranja Mecánica's goalkeeper 蔡青镇 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sherlock Holmes. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sherlock Holmes was the one to do the kick off. La Naranja Mecánica's Maximiliano Omar was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 92nd minute, Leonardo Dorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Naranja Mecánica eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
