The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jairo Valery hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. A collision led to Djurgården IF getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Konrad Apelqvist hit a great ball. Lino Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 8 minutes of play, Pegaso's Lucas Oalo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Lövskog was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucas Oalo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Lino Edorta scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Lövskog, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Djurgården IF defense, Lino Edorta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albert Lövskog. The Djurgården IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albert Lövskog should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute Arnaldo Arnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Lövskog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28th play minutes Lino Edorta shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Albert Lövskog and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 35th minute, Federico Lia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Pegaso getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lucas Oalo hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Djurgården IF's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Edorta came free, but Albert Lövskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mats Kinnman came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Djurgården IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Kinnman couldn't finish the play. Lino Edorta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Albert Lövskog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Edorta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Lino Edorta made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Djurgården IF's Albert Lövskog tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lino Edorta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albert Lövskog having to make a save. Federico Lia's late challenge caught a Djurgården IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Lia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd match minute, Pegaso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Lia to maneuver through the defense. Albert Lövskog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Edorta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Albert Lövskog successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lino Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Djurgården IF's Albert Lövskog got control of the ball when Lino Edorta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Edorta scored 0-7 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Lövskog, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lino Edorta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albert Lövskog came out and tried to block the shot, but Lino Edorta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 83rd minute. Lino Edorta succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-9. After 89 played minutes Pegaso got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Valery. If Lino Edorta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
