The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milutin Danojević to make the kick off. Boris Vučković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florinio Sales in the 52nd minute of play. Stojmen Pelivanović's late challenge caught a CSD Concepción's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Vučković having to interfere. Miguel Manilan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
