Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Miguel Piscopo made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Lost in pace's Øyvind Åsland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tyron Tufignio. Tyron Tufignio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Lost in pace's Brage Mostue got a free kick in the 6th minute. Bjørn Ringnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Piscopo in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match Floriana Celtics got a corner. Lost in pace's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Piscopo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lost in pace's Stig Grønstad got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Floriana Celtics's David Terribile got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Stig Grønstad sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyron Tufignio skillfully saved the ball. Miguel Piscopo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bjørn Ringnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Bonavia in the 18th minute of play. Kurt Bonavia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Bjørn Ringnes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bjørn Ringnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Ellis, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Edward Ellis scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bjørn Ringnes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bjørn Ringnes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Piscopo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Lost in pace's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Ellis came free, but Bjørn Ringnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjørn Ringnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Piscopo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Ellis in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjørn Ringnes saved Lost in pace from getting behind. 47 minutes into the match, Lost in pace's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Ellis came free, but Bjørn Ringnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lost in pace players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Floriana Celtics were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Øyvind Åsland to strike the kick off in the second half. Bjørn Ringnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Bonavia in the 50th minute of the match. After 50 minutes of play, Floriana Celtics's Kurt Bonavia made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bjørn Ringnes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bjørn Ringnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Piscopo in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Lost in pace booed when Floriana Celtics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Carl Testaferrata Moroni Viani didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Bonavia got free with Bjørn Ringnes in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 65 played minutes Miguel Piscopo rounded Lost in pace's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. 72 minutes into the match, Lost in pace's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Piscopo came free, but Bjørn Ringnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Lost in pace's Bjørn Ringnes got control of the ball when Mike Stivala tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Mike Stivala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bjørn Ringnes. Lost in pace's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mike Stivala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Lost in pace's Bjørn Ringnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Bonavia in the 89th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Kurt Bonavia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bjørn Ringnes, 1-8. When the match was over Floriana Celtics could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lost in pace throughout the match.
