Omer Grosse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Totti in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Elegance Dijon's Richard Gaillet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustavo Ceceil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 9 minutes RamPa Football Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brendan Menguy who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Favila Doles in the 13th minute of play forced Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Omer Grosse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Ceceil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendan Menguy in the 15th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Brendan Menguy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elegance Dijon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brendan Menguy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute Richard Gaillet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Ceceil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Lamine Valente made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Ceceil. RamPa Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Ramon Totti dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Omer Grosse, 1-1. In the 30th match minute, Elegance Dijon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Gaillet to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, RamPa Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu Gaud came free, but Gustavo Ceceil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Favila Doless short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Omer Grosse to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gustavo Ceceil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamine Valente in the 35th minute of play. RamPa Football Club's Gustavo Ceceil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brendan Menguy in the 44th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Brendan Menguy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Ceceil. RamPa Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brendan Menguy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 47th minute, Mathieu Gaud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elegance Dijon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After the first half Elegance Dijon were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lamine Valente made a kick off. A collision led to RamPa Football Club getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Erramu Tavarez hit a great ball. After some careless play in the RamPa Football Club defense, Mathieu Gaud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Ceceil. The RamPa Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Ceceil should have stopped the shot. After 58 played minutes RamPa Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Albino Mazuelas. Lamine Valente was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Elegance Dijon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Brendan Menguy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Gustavo Ceceil made a huge save. Omer Grosse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lixandro Carbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Josue Aldeco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. RamPa Football Club's Gustavo Ceceil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save RamPa Football Club from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, RamPa Football Club's Benat Antezana got a free kick in the 71st minute. Omer Grosse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Totti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RamPa Football Club's Gustavo Ceceil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathieu Gaud in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th play minute Brendan Menguy came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gustavo Ceceil. 2-5. With a little luck, RamPa Football Club's Gustavo Ceceil got control of the ball when Brendan Menguy tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of RamPa Football Club booed when Elegance Dijon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendan Menguy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lamine Valente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustavo Ceceil. That made the score 2-6 in the 89 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Elegance Dijon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RamPa Football Club.
