Altamora FC:s Filinto Palhares showed great skill when he stopped Habakkuk Shearer:s penalty. In the 30th minute, Habakkuk Shearer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the TeamGurre defense, Yuri Ventura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstantin Plovkvist. The TeamGurre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstantin Plovkvist should have stopped the shot. Dário Pinheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Konstantin Plovkvist made a huge save. Filinto Palhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habakkuk Shearer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Altamora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orla Talgart in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filinto Palhares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filinto Palhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habakkuk Shearer in the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yuri Castanheira during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Altamora FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Yuri Castanheira hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuri Ventura to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Altamora FC's zone, Habakkuk Shearer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filinto Palhares came out of the goal and Habakkuk Shearer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Altamora FC's Filinto Palhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Altamora FC from getting a goal against them.
