Hudson Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Stålman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Jonathan Kvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Amaro AC's Serafin Tajo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joseph Algren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Santo Amaro AC's zone, Ralf Edström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hudson Arósio came out of the goal and Ralf Edström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Ingemar Stålman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hudson Arósio was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Joseph Algren made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Wincent Pawlik sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes into the match, Santo Amaro AC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Kvarnström came free, but Hudson Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hudson Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Edström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduard Polozov's late challenge caught a Hermanö Oilers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduard Polozov helped the player get up and apologised. Eduard Polozov hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Eduard Polozov notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hermanö Oilers's Joseph Algren. Joseph Algren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hermanö Oilers's Joseph Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano de Senna in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Joseph Algren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wincent Pawlik. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Kvarnström in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hudson Arósio saved Santo Amaro AC from getting behind. In the 46th minute Hermanö Oilers were awarded a corner. Jonathan Kvarnström went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jonathan Kvarnström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hudson Arósio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingemar Stålman was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Raí Bezerra. The supporters of Santo Amaro AC booed when Hermanö Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Löfkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Raí Bezerra. After some careless play in the Santo Amaro AC defense, Orvar Stenquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hudson Arósio. The Santo Amaro AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hudson Arósio should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santo Amaro AC's goalkeeper Hudson Arósio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Ingemar Stålman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hudson Arósio. That made the score 1-2 in the 66 minute of play. The supporters of Hermanö Oilers booed when Santo Amaro AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raí Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Hermes. If Ingemar Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Raí Bezerra. Joseph Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Polozov, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Joseph Algren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Polozov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingemar Stålman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hudson Arósio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Joseph Algren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Pawlik in the 88th minute of the match. Orvar Stenquist scored 1-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hudson Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Orvar Stenquist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 94 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano de Senna. Ingemar Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Hudson Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
