The supporters of UE Cornella booed when Skrwa Sikórz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zygmunt Drapinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Baldemer Fuster sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonard Wojtyna skillfully saved the ball. When Marek Pacholewski fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skrwa Sikórz's protests and gave Marek Pacholewski a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Skrwa Sikórz got a freekick which was hit by Marek Pacholewski. Leon Tobias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Wojtyna having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

David Perez scored 1-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonard Wojtyna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to UE Cornella getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Machado Pantoja hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, UE Cornella's Leon Tobias got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Carles Hidalgo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Wojtyna having to interfere. Leonard Wojtyna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carles Hidalgo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Maciej Olchawa came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Skrwa Sikórz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maciej Olchawa couldn't finish the play. Alfronso Candela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maciej Olchawa in the 83rd minute. Norbert Bielejewski's late challenge caught a UE Cornella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norbert Bielejewski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Skrwa Sikórz getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Norbert Bielejewski hit a great ball. After 89 played minutes Skrwa Sikórz got a freekick which was hit by Marek Pacholewski. Marek Pacholewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfronso Candela having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
