Bruninho Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iulian Cozaru in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Iulian Cozaru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruninho Leite. Iulian Cozaru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Arnaldo Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Bruninho Leite acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emanuel Ioanițiu. Iulian Cozaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Bruninho Leite made a huge save. Yan Salles's late challenge caught a -BZF- Valea Buzăului's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yan Salles helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes GeRaÇãO-83 got a freekick which was hit by Yan Salles. GeRaÇãO-83's Bruninho Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andriy Shevcenko in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Cezar Berevoescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GeRaÇãO-83 the free kick. Cezar Berevoescu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Natanael Zanette charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Zanette the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iulian Cozaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruninho Leite having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Bruninho Leite had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iulian Cozaru. In the 43rd minute, Andriy Shevcenko made a precise shot to the right of Bruninho Leite. GeRaÇãO-83's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tales Valladares was the one to do the kick off. Damian Macovei came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by GeRaÇãO-83's Luisinho Goiano. But to his dismay, Luisinho Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 66th minute Andriy Shevcenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruninho Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruninho Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Costa in the 70th minute of play. Bruninho Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Cozaru in the 74th minute of the match. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Iulian Strungă was substituted for Emanuel Ioanițiu. A collision led to -BZF- Valea Buzăului getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rui Costa hit a great ball. After 78 minutes of play, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Aron Tilea made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruninho Leite was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cezar Berevoescu got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 84 played minutes -BZF- Valea Buzăului got a freekick which was hit by Cezar Berevoescu. Andriy Shevcenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruninho Leite having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, GeRaÇãO-83 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Costa came free, but Bruninho Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GeRaÇãO-83's Bruninho Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Tilea in the 92nd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. -BZF- Valea Buzăului had played much better football throughout.
