Fulgencio Berto charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulgencio Berto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Berto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Felipe Urki hit a great ball. Fulgencio Berto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felipe Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Fliz during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Candela FC's Amadeo Fliz got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 33rd minute, Fulgencio Berto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arturo George was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Flor was the one to do the kick off. Fulgencio Berto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo George having to interfere. Arturo George didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fulgencio Berto went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Arturo George showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Flor in the 81st minute of the match. After 87 minutes of play La Candela FC's Fulgencio Berto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A throw-in in the 89th minute of the game was made by Celestino Guilabertus with Angel Macerio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 96 minutes into the game, Saul Flor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Arturo George was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Candela FC.
