Alisson Becker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Eguen in the 24th minute. If Omar Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of CADU de Zarate booed when Los Andes FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilvan Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Sabóia. Melquiades Dolfo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Terra went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 45 minutes into the game, Mário Bastos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Melquiades Dolfo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Fortun made a kick off. CADU de Zarate's Melquiades Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Bastos in the 53rd minute of play. Alisson Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Eguen in the 56th minute of the match. Melquiades Dolfo made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Mário Bastos sent off a good shot on target. Melquiades Dolfo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Terra in the 60th minute. Melquiades Dolfo was a little too slow when Raimundo Terra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-5. Raimundo Terra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Melquiades Dolfo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 93rd minute, Raimundo Terra made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Dolfo. CADU de Zarate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. When the match was over Los Andes FC - FSCMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CADU de Zarate throughout the match.
