Walme Ortega was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, CD Boiro's Ceandro Ocaña got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Percival de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walme Ortega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, CD Boiro's Adán Cuevas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Walme Ortega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percival de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 23 minutes, Sebastião Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romando Futebol Clube and the CD Boiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Romando Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Sebastião Barbosa hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Roberto Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luizinho Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, CD Boiro's goal looked a bit too open when Percival de Toledo came free, but Walme Ortega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Régis Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Walme Ortega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Mazinho Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walme Ortega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Régis Dante had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walme Ortega. CD Boiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Régis Dante was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 37th match minute, CD Boiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence Canosa to maneuver through the defense. Percival de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walme Ortega having to interfere. Walme Ortega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Régis Dante made the kick off in the second half. Mazinho Prestes struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Walme Ortega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romando Futebol Clube. The audience was convinced that Régis Dante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walme Ortega was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Régis Dantes short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Walme Ortega to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, CD Boiro's Walme Ortega got control of the ball when Régis Dante tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 60 played minutes Romando Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Luizinho Santos. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Régis Dante put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Walme Ortega. If Eugênio Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Régis Dante in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walme Ortega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Romando Futebol Clube's Frank Marques got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 77th minute, Régis Dante reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Walme Ortega. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 80th minute, Florian Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Eugênio Paranaense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romando Futebol Clube's Sebastião Barbosa pulled a muscle in his leg after 85 minutes and couldn't finish the game. During the 85th minute of the match Ceandro Ocaña completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ceandro Ocaña a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, CD Boiro's Ceandro Ocaña got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 93 minutes, Adán Cuevas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Boiro and the Romando Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Romando Futebol Clube booed when CD Boiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adán Cuevas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romando Futebol Clube played a much better game than CD Boiro and deserved their victory. The CD Boiro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
