Charlotte FC's Gregory Michael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Bergfelt in the 22nd minute of play. When Jan-Olof Blomberg came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Diniimanibelediyespor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Olof Blomberg couldn't finish the play. Dan Nykvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan-Olof Blomberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gregory Michael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregory Michael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Nykvist in the 42nd minute of the match. Jan-Olof Blomberg struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Gregory Michael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diniimanibelediyespor.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Woody Norwood to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Jan-Olof Blomberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gregory Michael. The goal made the score 0-1. If Torsten Bergfelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Torsten Bergfelt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diniimanibelediyespor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Del Sheppard hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Diniimanibelediyespor's Torsten Bergfelt got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dan Nykvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the game, Asher Alvaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Charlotte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diniimanibelediyespor the free kick. Asher Alvaro hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Gregory Michael made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Jan-Olof Blomberg sent off a good shot on target. Nathaniel Donaldson made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Brent Andersen however managed to control. Dan Nykvist's late challenge caught a Charlotte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Nykvist helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes Diniimanibelediyespor got a freekick which was hit by Dan Nykvist. When the final whistle sounded Diniimanibelediyespor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Charlotte FC.
