After 3 played minutes KINDERUZ got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Couto. In the 6th minute, KINDERUZ's Osvaldo Loureiro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Osvaldo Loureiro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KINDERUZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Osvaldo Loureiro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 5 minutes into the game, one of KINDERUZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 18th minute, Abílio Sacramento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FLA MQ BRASIL's Giuseppe Castro got a free kick in the 20th minute. Joel Aguiar was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Torcato Colaço capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torcato Colaço really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a rather tough play, FLA MQ BRASIL's Luís Fabiano Arósio got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Freire in the 29th minute of play forced KINDERUZ's goalkeeper Joel Raposo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, David lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Torcato Colaço had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torcato Colaço in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Luís Fabiano Freire notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of KINDERUZ's Joel Raposo. Joel Raposo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nuno Teixeira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joel Aguiar came out and tried to block the shot, but Nuno Teixeira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nuno Teixeira to make the kick off. Isaltino Senna came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joel Raposo could save by the left post. With a little luck, KINDERUZ's Joel Raposo got control of the ball when Isaltino Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luís Fabiano Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Joel Raposo made a huge save. Joel Raposo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Freire in the 62nd minute of play. Rafael Rebelo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. KINDERUZ's Nuno Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, FLA MQ BRASIL's Isaltino Senna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. After having played for 87 minutes, Luís Fabiano Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FLA MQ BRASIL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Fabiano Freire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernando Couto hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The KINDERUZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FLA MQ BRASIL's performance. The match ended with a win for FLA MQ BRASIL.
