After a rather tough play, ®G6®Red scorpion's Boyan Ketzkarov got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's Vassilis Stratidis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. George Velinov made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Aris Kolitsis sent off a good shot on target. Dimitris Koukoulas in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of George Velinov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Vitko Vutev fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ®G6®Red scorpion's protests and gave Vitko Vutev a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ®G6®Red scorpion getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miltos Theriaklis got free with George Velinov in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th match minute, ®G6®Red scorpion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svilen Gasharov to maneuver through the defense. When Vassilis Stratidis came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Go Ahead Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vassilis Stratidis couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, ®G6®Red scorpion's Ívan Evrov got a free kick in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boyan Ketzkarov to make the kick off. Vitko Vutev kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Thanasis Tsipas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When Vitko Vutev was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. The audience was convinced that Thanasis Tsipas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but George Velinov was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, Dimitris Koukoulas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of George Velinov. ®G6®Red scorpion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dimitris Koukoulas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. George Velinov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thanasis Tsipas went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. George Velinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stelios Panagiotidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes of play, Go Ahead Eagles's Dimitris Koukoulas made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. George Velinov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the game, Miltos Theriaklis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Go Ahead Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ®G6®Red scorpion the free kick. Miltos Theriaklis kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimitris Koukoulas in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Velinov saved ®G6®Red scorpion from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Stelios Panagiotidis made a precise shot to the right of George Velinov. ®G6®Red scorpion's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in ®G6®Red scorpion's zone, Vassilis Stratidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Velinov came out of the goal and Vassilis Stratidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, ®G6®Red scorpion's Serafim Gevrenov got a free kick in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the match, ®G6®Red scorpion's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Koukoulas came free, but George Velinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Stelios Panagiotidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Velinov was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Go Ahead Eagles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
